through 35, inclusive thereof, Records of Riverside County, California, lying in Section 8, Township 4
South, Range 6 West, San Bernardino Meridian, being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the most northerly corner of said Lot 21, said corner being on the
southeasterly right -of -way line of El Cerrito Road as shown on said map;
Thence South 59 °31'32" West, along the northwesterly line of said Lot 21 and said
southeasterly right -of -way line, a distance of 80.00 feet to the beginning of a tangent
curve, concave easterly, having a radius of 20.00 feet;
Thence southerly, along said curve having a radius of 20.00 feet, through a central angle
