That portion of that certain 40 foot strip of land known as Patton Avenue and Rice Road
granted to the County of Riverside by deed recorded December 7, 1922 in Book 544 of Deeds at
page 194 thereof, Records of Riverside County, California, together with a portion of Lot "A" of
Parcel Map 16456 on file in Book I I I of Parcel Maps at page 36 thereof, Records of Riverside
County, California, all located in Section 33, Township 5 South, Range 2 West, San Bernardino
Meridian, said portions being described as follows:
COMMENCING at the northwest corner of said Lot "A ";
Thence South 04 °0731" East along the westerly line of said Lot "A ", a distance of 30.08
feet to the southwest corner thereof;
