California, per map recorded in Book 9 of Maps at Page 34 thereof, in the Office of the County Recorder
of San Bernardino County, California, lying within Rubidoux Rancho and protracted Section 16,
Township 2 South, Range 5 West, San Bernardino Meridian, being more particularly described as
follows:
COMMENCING at the most southerly corner of said Lot 1;
Thence North 31 °04'25" East, along the southeasterly line of said Lot 1, a distance of 54.00 feet
to the northeasterly right-of-way line of Mission Boulevard as shown by Record of Survey on file
