California, as shown by map on file in Book 9 of Maps at Page 34 thereof, Records of San Bernardino
County, California, together with a portion of Canal Street as vacated by Resolution of the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Riverside, a rectified copy being recorded Decennber 28, 1950 as
Instrument No. 3674, Official Records of Riverside Comity, California, lying in protracted Section 8,
Township 2 South, Range 5 West, San Bernardino Meridian, within Jurupa Rancho, being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the southeasterly right -of -way line of Canal Street with the
northeasterly right-of-way line of Mission Boulevard, said point also being the most westerly
