The existing cul -de -sac is being extended to provide access for Parcel Map 28479 and these portions of the cul -de -sac will no longer be necessary. No access will be eliminated from any parcels. Book 3, pages 1 through 14, inclusive, on file in the Office of the Recorder of Riverside County, California; WHEREAS, the hereinafter - described portions of Via Escondido are not necessary and are excess Right of Way, and not required for public street or highway purposes, now, therefore; BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session assembled on January 13 , 2009, as follows: 1.
