California, per map recorded in Book 9 of Maps at Page 34 thereof, in the Office of the County Recorder
of San Bernardino County, California, lying in protracted Section 17, Township 2 South, Range 5 West,
San Bernardino Meridian, within Rubidoux Rancho, being more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the southeasterly corner of said Lot 1;
Thence North 16 °13'56" East, along the easterly line of said Lot 1, a distance of 55.89 feet to the
intersection of the northeasterly right -of -way line of Mission Boulevard with the westerly right -
of -way line of Pacific Avenue (40 -foot half width), said northeasterly right -of -way line being the
