Being a portion of Parcel 2 and Lot "B" of Amended Parcel Map No. 9106 as shown on a map
recorded in Book 49, Page 6 of Parcel Maps, Records of Riverside County, State of California,
lying within Section 30, Township 6 South, Range 2 West, S.B.M., along with a portion of Parcel
"B" of LLA 4764, recorded 08/30/2004 as Instrument No. 686225, Official Records of Riverside
