That portion of Parcel 1 of Lot Line Adjustment No. 4833, recorded June 16, 2005 as
Document No. 2005- 0478620, Official Records of Riverside County, California, lying in the
south half of Fractional Section 18, Township 2 South, Range 6 West, San Bernardino
Meridian, as shown by the Sectionalized Survey of the Jurupa Rancho on file in Book 9 of
Maps at page 33 thereof, Records of San Bernardino County, California, in the County of
Riverside, State of California, being described as follows:
COMMENCING at the intersection of the centerline of Wineville Avenue (50.00 feet
in half width) with the centerline of Bellegrave Avenue (55.00 feet in half width) of Tract No.
