LEGAL DESCRIPTION
That portion of Government Lot 2, Section 30, Township 6 South, Range 2 West, S.B.M.,
County of Riverside, State of California, more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the West Quarter Corner of said Section 30;
Thence along the southerly line of said Government Lot 2, North 89 °45'03" East 1422.37 feet to
a point on a non - tangent curve concave southwesterly and having a radius of 230.00 feet, a
radial line to said point bears, North 29 °20'33" East, said point further being a point on the
northerly Right -of -Way line of Briggs Road (30.00 feet in half width) as shown per map filed in
Book 76, Page 66 of Record of Surveys and the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence northwesterly along said northerly Right -of -Way line and curve through a central angel
of 29 °35'31" an arc distance of 118.79 feet to a line being 30.00 feet northerly and parallel with
measured at right angles from said southerly line, said line also being tangent to said curve;
