ACCEPTING PORTIONS OF WATER AVENUE AND EUREKA AVENUE
IN THE NUEVO AREA

WHEREAS, the hereinafter described roads were offered for dedication for road
and public utility purposes by the documents hereinafter- referred to, which offers of
dedication have not been previously accepted for public use by the County of

Riverside, now, therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session assembled on
April 7 , 2009, that this Board accepts the offers of dedication
and recognizes that said roads are public roads open for use by the general public;

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, DETERMINED, AND ORDERED that this
acceptance for the purpose of vesting title in the County of Riverside on behalf of the
public for public roads and utility uses, and is not an acceptance of the road into the
County Maintained Road System pursuant to Section 941 of the Streets and Highways
Code and that said roads will not become part of the County Maintained Road System
unless subsequently accepted into said Maintained Road System by resolution adopted
by this Board;
Said roads are in the County of Riverside, California, and are described as follows:
Water Avenue (See Exhibit "A ")
That portion of Water Avenue (60.00 feet wide) shown as Lot "G" on Tract Map,
Fair View Farms No. 12, filed in Book 16, Page 100 of Maps, Records of Riverside
County, California, and that portion of Water Avenue (30 feet wide) shown as Lot
"A" on Parcel Map No.6937 filed in Book 20, Page 8, of Parcel Maps, Records of
Riverside County, Califomia.
