RECOMMENDED MOTION: Adopt Resolution No. 2009 -040, Vacation of the "Right to Accept" a portion of 11 Street. BACKGROUND: The applicant has requested that this portion of 11"' Street be vacated because a portion of the applicant's house structure is encroaching into the 11th Street right -of- way. The Riverside County Fire Department has no objection to the vacation, and based on their input, the limits to be vacated are between Gibson Avenue and Converse Avenue. Approved Tentative Tract Map No.32165 will effectively vacate the rest of 11' Street north of Montgomery Avenue. Letters were sent to all adjacent property owners and no letters of opposition were received. No access will be eliminated to any parcels, and the Transportation Department has no objection to the vacation. Juan C.
