That portion of Lot 1 in BIock B of Map of West Riverside, in the County of Riverside, State of
California, per map recorded in Book 9 of Maps at Page 34 thereof, in the Office of the County Recorder
of San Bernardino County, California, lying in protracted Section 8, Township 2 South, Range 5 West,
San Bernardino Meridian, within Jurupa Rancho, being more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the intersection of the centerline of Mission Boulevard with the centerline of
Stobbs Way;
Thence South 16 °20'30" West, along the centerline of said Stobbs Way, a distance of 95.70 feet;
Thence South 73 °39'30" East, departing said centerline at a right angle, a distance of 30.00 feet
to a point on the easterly right -of -way line of said Stobbs Way (30 -foot half width ), said point
being the beginning of a tangent curve, concave southeasterly, having a radius of 15.00 feet, said
point being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
