RECOMMENDED MOTION: Adopt Resolution No. 2009 -109, accepting a portion of 63r
Street.
BACKGROUND: The applicant is requesting acceptance of this portion of 63` Street as shown
on Map of Riverdale Acres, filed in Book 13, Pages 76 -77 of maps to satisfy a condition of
approval for Tract 33258.

ACCEPTING A PORTION OF 63 STREET
IN THE M I RA LOMA AREA
(Second Supervisorial District)
WHEREAS, the hereinafter described 63` Street was offered for dedication for public
road and utility purposes by the Tract Map hereinafter-referred to, which offer of dedication
has not been previously accepted for public use by the County of Riverside, now, therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session assembled on May 5 ,
2009, that this Board accepts the offer of dedication and recognizes that said road is a public
road open for use by the general public;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, DETERMINED, AND ORDERED that this acceptance
for the purpose of vesting title in the County of Riverside on behalf of the public for public
roads and utility uses, and is not an acceptance of the road into the County Maintained Road
System pursuant to Section 941 of the Streets and Highways Code and that said roads will
not become part of the County Maintained Road System unless subsequently accepted into
said Maintained Road System by a resolution adopted by this Board;

Said road is in the County of Riverside, State of California, and is described as follows:
63 Street (See Exhibit "A ")
63` Street (20.00 ft wide) described as Lot "CC" on Tract Map, Riverdale Acres,
fled in Book 13, Pages 76 and 77 of Maps, Records of Riverside County, California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Cleric of the Board shall cause a certified copy of this
resolution to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of Riverside County, California.
