LEGAL DESCRIPTION
That portion of Lot 5 in Section 11, Township 2 South, Range 6 West, San Bernardino Meridian
in the County of Riverside, State of California, as per map of the Subdivision of a Portion of the
Jurupa Rancho on file in Book 9, Page 26 of Maps in the Office of the County Recorder of San
Bernardino County as conveyed to Harjit Singh and Surinder Kaur in a grant deed recorded
October 7, 2005 as Document No. 2005 - 0835018 in Official Records of Riverside County, more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of Mission Boulevard (width varies) and Felspar Street (60.00
feet wide) as shown on said map;
