LEGAL DESCRIPTION
That portion of Lot 5 of Felspar Gardens located in Section 11, Township 2 South, Range 6
West, San Bernardino Meridian in the County of Riverside, State of California as shown by map
on file in Book 13, Page 23 of Maps in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the centerline intersection of Mission Boulevard (width varies) and Glen Street
(40.00 feet wide) as shown on said map;
Thence along said centerline of Mission Boulevard, South 89 0 22'54" East, 130.43 feet;
Thence South 00 °37'06" West, 40.00 feet to a point on the Southerly line of said Mission
Boulevard, said point being also the Northeast corner of said Lot 5 and the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING;
Thence along the Easterly line of said Lot 5, South 0 °40'49" West, 10.00 feet to a line that is
