LEGAL DESCRIPTION
That portion of Lot 3 of La Bonita Tract located in Section 11, Township 2 South, Range 6 West,
San Bernardino Meridian in the County of Riverside, State of California as per reap filed in
Book 1, Page 12 of Maps in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, as conveyed to
Alan Inn in a grant deed recorded on June 17, 1998 as Document No. 1998 - 246183 in Official
Records of said County, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of Mission Boulevard and Pedley Avenue as per Parcel Map
21336 filed in book 151, pages 47 and 48 of Maps in the Office Recorder of said County;
Thence along the centerline of Mission Boulevard, South 89 East, 569.60 feet to the
