LEGAL DESCRIPTION
That portion of Lot 2 of La Bonita Tract located in Section 11, Township 2 South, Range 6 West,
San Bernardino Meridian in the County of Riverside, State of California, as per map filed in
Book 1, Page 12 of Maps in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, as conveyed to
Jorge Ortiz in a grant deed recorded on May 14, 1998, as Document No. 1998- 192645 in Official
Records of said County, more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the intersection of Mission Boulevard (40 -foot half width) and Amarillo
Street (60.00 feet wide) as shown on Tract No. 2574 as per map filed in Book 46, Pages 5 and 6
of Maps in said Office of the County Recorder;
Thence along the centerline of said Mission Boulevard, South 89 °23'15" East 172.21 feet to the
Southerly prolongation of the West line of said grant deed;
Thence along said Southerly prolongation North 00 °36 East 40.00 feet to the intersection of
