West, San Bernardino Meridian in the County of Riverside, State of California as shown by map
on file in Book 13, Page 23 of maps in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the centerline intersection of Mission Boulevard (width varies), and Avon
Street (width varies), last said street being described as Lot "D" and Lot 77, all as shown on said
map;
Thence along the centerline of said Mission Boulevard, North 89 °22'54" West, 130.04 feet;
