That portion of Parcel 2 of Parcel Map 18116 as shown by Map on file in Book 107 of
Parcel Maps, Pages 25 and 26, in the Office of the County Recorder, Riverside County,
State of California, as conveyed to Thomas O. and Florence S. Johnson by Grant Deed
recorded on February 14, 2007 as Document Number 2007 - 0105158, Official Records of
said County, lying in Section 23, Township 5 South, Range 4 West, SBM, described as
follows;
COMMENCING at the southeast corner of said Parcel 2, said corner being on a line
common to the easterly line of Parcel 2 and the westerly line of Wilkinson Street (30 feet
half- width) as shown on said Parcel Map,
Thence North 00° 37' 10" East, along said common line, a distance of 4.77 feet to the
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence continuing North 00 37' 10" East, a distance of 99.05 feet to a point on a non -
tangent curve, concave southeasterly and having a radius of 44.00, a radial line to said
