Section 16, T2S, R5W, SBM, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Parcel 2 as described in Grant Deed to the County of Riverside
by Document recorded April 13, 1966, as Instrument No. 38776 of said County of Riverside, also
being the northeast corner of Parcel 1, in the County of Riverside, State of California, as described in
Grant Deed to Walnut Grove Mobilehome Park, LLC by document recorded April 16, 1999, as
