RESOLUTION NO 2009 -137
ACCEPTING A PORTION OF PORTER AVENUE IN THE WOODCREST AREA
(First Supervisorial District)
WHEREAS, the hereinafter described road was offered for dedication for road
and public utility purposes by the documents hereinafter - referred to, which offer of
dedication has not been previously accepted for public use by the County of Riverside,
now, therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session assembled on
September 1 , 2009, that this Board accepts the offer of dedication
and recognizes that said road is a public road open for use by the general public;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, DETERMINED, AND ORDERED that this
acceptance is for the purpose of vesting title in the County of Riverside on behalf of the
public for public road and utility uses, and will be an acceptance of the road into the
County Maintained Road System, subject to improvement pursuant to Section 941 of the
Streets and Highways Code;

6 That portion of Porter Avenue (30.00 feet wide) stated in Declaration of Dedication,

8 Riverside County, California, and that portion of Porter Avenue (44.00 feet wide)
9 shown as Lot "A ", filed in Book 33, Page 77 of Parcel Maps, Records of Riverside
10 County, California.

12 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the Clerk of the
I3 Board is directed to cause a certified copy of this resolution to be recorded in the office
14 of the Recorder of the County of Riverside, California.
