California, being that portion of Lot 1 of a Lot Line Adjustment recorded April 22, 1993 as
Instrument No. 147501, Official Records in the Office of the County Recorder of said
Riverside County, lying within the northeast € carter of Section 22, Township 5 South,
Range 7 East, San Bernardino Meridian, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northwest corner of said Lot 1, said corner also being the northwest
corner of Parcel 1 as shown on Parcel Map 13180 tiled in Boot{ 59, Pages 48 and 49 of
Parcel Maps;
