That portion of Parcel 4 of Parcel Map No. 29716 in the County of Riverside, State of California,
as per map recorded in Book 210, Pages 12 and 13 of Parcel Maps in the office of the County
Recorder of said County, in Section 12, Township 4 South, Range 4 West, S. B. M., described
as follows:
COMMENCING at the most northerly corner of said Parcel 4, said point being on a curve
concave northwesterly having a radius of 639.00 feet, a radial line through said point bears
South 23° 55' 08" East, said curve being concentric with and 39.00 feet southeasterly from the
centerline of Messenia Lane as shown on said Parcel Map;
