That certain parcel of land situated in the unincorporated territory of the County of
Riverside, State of California, being that portion of Lot 1 of Tract No. 2240, as shown on a
map thereof filed in Book 42, Page 60 of Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of
said Riverside County, lying in a portion of Section 22, Township 5 South, Range 7 East,
San Bernardino Meridian, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northeast corner of said Lot 1 as shown on said map of Tract No.
2240;
thence along the easterly line of said Lot 1 South 00 0 21'30" East 82.13 feet to the
beginning of a tangent curve concave northwesterly and having a radius of 20.00 feet,
said curve also being the southeasterly line of said Lot 1;
thence along said southeasterly line and curve southerly, southwesterly and westerly
29.95 feet through a central angle of 85 0 47'37 ", a radial line of said curve from said point
