A portion of the southeast quarter of Section 21, Township 6 South, Range 8 East, San Bernardino
Meridian, lying in the County of Riverside, State of California, being more particularly described as
follows;
The West 34.00 feet of the East 64.00 feet of the South half of Lot 9 and Lot 16 of Coachella
Land and Water Company's Subdivision of Section 21 as shown by map on file in Book 4 of
Maps at Page 53 thereof, Records of Riverside County, California, the East line of said 30.00 feet
being the West right -of -way line of Polk Street (30 foot half width) by deed recorded
April 17, 1959 in Book 2454 of Deeds, at Page 65 thereof, Records of Riverside County,
California.
