8 WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 970.5 of the Streets and Highways Code, a
9 public hearing after due notice has been held upon a resolution of intention to change
10 the name of Stratta Road between Decker Road and the east boundary of the City of
11 Perris, lying in Sections 35 and 36, T. 3 S., R. 4 W., S.B.M., as shown on attached
12 Exhibit "A ", First Supervisodal District, to Harley Knox Boulevard, and all persons
13 having had an opportunity to be heard; now, therefore;

15 BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of
16 Supervisors of the County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session
17 assembled on January 8 , 2008, that the name of Stratta Road be changed to Harley
18 Knox Boulevard.
