Public Road and Utility Easement
That certain parcel of land situated in the unincorporated territory of the County of
Riverside, State of California, being that portion of the southeast quarter of Fractional Section
18, Township 2 South, Range 6 West, San Bernardino Meridian, as shown by the Sectionalized
Survey of the Jurupa Rancho on file in Book 9 of Maps at page 33 thereof, Records of San
Bernardino County, California, said portion being described as follows:
COMMENCING at the intersection of the centerline of Wineville Avenue (50.00 feet in
half width) with the centerline of Bellegrave Avenue (55.00 feet in half width) of Tract No.
18592, as shown by map on file in Boole 131 of Maps at pages 99 through 101, inclusive
thereof, Records of Riverside County, California, said intersection also being the northeast
corner of that certain parcel of land, (40.00 feet in width), conveyed to the County of Riverside
by deed recorded October 7, 1941 in Book 519 at page 82 thereof, Official Records of Riverside
County, California;
