BACKGROUND: The requested vacation of this portion of Mc Kimball Road right of way is consistent with a previously approved vacation, which vacated the northerly extension of Mc Kimball Road, instrument number 324184, recorded September 5, 1997. This portion of Mc Kimball Road does not currently have a constructed roadway, and access will not be eliminated to any parcel. Gee A.
