SUBJECT: Accepting Sexton Street for public road and utility purposes, in the Wildomar area,
First Supervisorial District.
RECOMMENDED MOTION: Adopt Resolution No. 2008 -012, accepting Sexton Street for
public road and utility purposes, but not into the County Maintained Road System.
BACKGROUND: The applicant for Parcel Map 32833 has requested the acceptance of this
road in order to have sufficient accepted public right of way to install the road improvements as
required by the conditions of approval of the map.

,ACCEPTING SEXTON STREET IN THE WILDOMAR AREA, FOR PUBLIC USE.
(First Supervisorial District)
WHEREAS, the hereinafter described road is offered for dedication for road and public
E utility purposes per Parcel Maps hereinafter - referred to, which offers of dedication have not
been previously accepted for public use by the County of Riverside, now, therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Riverside, State -of California, in regular session assembled on February 26,
2008, that this Board accepts the offer of dedication and recognizes that said road is a public
road open for use by the general public;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, DETERMINED, AND ORDERED that this acceptance
is for the purpose of vesting title in the County of Riverside on behalf of the public for public
road and utility uses, and is not an acceptance of the road into the County Maintained Road
System pursuant to Section 941 of the Streets and Highways Code and that said road will not
become part of the County Maintained Road System unless subsequently accepted into said
Maintained Road System by a resolution adopted by this Board;

Said road is in the County of Riverside, State of California, and is described as follows:
Sexton Street (See Exhibit "A ")
Those portions of Sexton Street shown as Lots "A" and "B" on Parcel Map 11531
recorded Book 53 Page 53, of Parcel Maps and lots "A" through "D ", inclusive on Parcel Map
9262 recorded Book 38 page 9 of Parcel Maps, Official Records of Riverside County,
California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Board shall cause a certified copy of this
resolution to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of Riverside County, California.
ADOPTED by Riverside County Board of supervisors on February 26, 2008.
