LIABILITY COMPANY to the COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE, is
hereby accepted for the purpose of vesting title in the County
of Riverside on behalf of the public for drainage purposes, and
subject to improvements in accordance with County standards,
will be included into the County Maintained Road System by the
undersigned on behalf of the Board of Supervisors pursuant to
the authority contained in County Ordinance No. 669. Grantee
consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.

Riverside, State of California, Section 29, Township 6 South, Range 2 West, San
Bernardino Meridian, lying within Parcel 11 of Parcel Map No. 9720 filed in Book 50,
Pages 32 through 34, inclusive, of Parcel Maps on file in the Office of the County
recorder of said county, described as follows:
Commencing at the centerline intersection of Elliot Road and Ruft Road as shown on
Parcel Map No. 13599 filed in Book 101, Pages 17 and 18 of Parcel Maps, records of
said County;
