SUBJECT: Summarily vacating a portion of the "No Rights of Access" along Harvill Avenue, in
the Mead Valley area, First Supervisorial District
RECOMMENDED MOTION: Adopt Resolution No. 2008 -074, summarily vacating a portion of
the "No Rights of Access" along Harvill Avenue.
BACKGROUND: The development of the Majestic Freeway Business Center requires three
access openings for vehicular traffic, per approved Plot Plan 21552. This vacation will not affect
any other property owner.

SUMMARILY VACATING A PORTION OF THE "NO RIGHTS OF ACCESS"
ALONG HARVILL AVENUE IN THE MEAD VALLEY AREA

WHEREAS, the hereinafter - described Harvill Avenue was dedicated on Parcel
Map 25101, recorded in Book 180, Pages 60 through 68, inclusive, of Parcel Maps on
file in the Office of the Recorder of Riverside County, California;
WHEREAS, the hereinafter - described Harvill Avenue "No Rights of Access" is
not necessary and is excess access restriction, and not required for public street or
highway purposes, now, therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session
assembled on March 11 , 2008, as follows:
1. Pursuant to Section 8334(a) of the Streets and Highways Code that the
hereinafter - described Harvill Avenue "No Rights of Access" is excess access
restriction and is no longer required for public street and highway purposes and is
hereby summarily vacated.

AS EXHIBITS "A" AND "B" AND MADE A PART HEREOF
EXCEPTING AND RESERVING from the vacation an easement for any existing
public utilities and public service facilities, together with the right to maintain, operate,
replace, remove, or renew such facilities, pursuant to section 8340 of the Streets and
Highways Code.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the Clerk
of the Board is directed to cause a certified copy of this resolution to be recorded in
the office of the Recorder of the County of Riverside, California.
ADOPTED by Riverside County Board of Supervisors on March 11, 2008.
