Those certain parcels of land situated in the Unincorporated Territory of the County of Riverside,
State of California, being portions of Parcels 1 and 5, of Parcel Map No. 9504 as shown on the
map recorded in Book 67, Pages 5 and 6 of Parcel Maps in the Office of the County Recorder of
said County of Riverside, located in Section 3, Township 6 South, Range 3 West, S.B.M,
described in Parcels as follows:
PARCEL A
BEGINNING at the northwesterly corner of said Parcel 1, said point also being on the southerly
right of way line of Newport Road;
thence along said southerly right of way line South 89 °30'50" East 1323.43 feet to the easterly
line of said Parcel 1;
thence leaving said right of way line along said easterly line South 00 °4844" West 39.75 feet;
