Those certain parcels of land situated in the Unincorporated Territory of the County of Riverside,
State of California, being portions of Parcels 5 through 12, inclusive, of Parcel Map No. 9504 as
shown on the map recorded in Book 67, Pages 5 and 6 of Parcel Maps in the Office of the
County Recorder of said County of Riverside, located in Section 3, Township 6 South, Range 3
West, S.B.M., described in Parcels as follows:

COMMENCING at the centerline intersection of Newport Road and Haun Road;
thence along the centerline of Haun Road South 00 °46'26" West 110.40 feet to a line parallel
and 110.40 feet measured at right angles southerly of the centerline of Newport road;
