property for highway purposes described as follows:
Those portions of Tracts 1 and 2 of the partition of the Rancho San Jacinto Viejo
recorded in Book 43, at page 161 of Deeds, Records of San Diego County, California and
a portion of Lot 1 of the partition of the Rancho San Jacinto Nuevo made under Decree of
