HAUN ROAD
That certain parcel of land situated in the Unincorporated Territory of the County of Riverside,
State of California, being portions of Parcel 1 and Lot "A" of Parcel Map No. 7488 as shown on
the map recorded in Book 26, Page 52 of Parcel Maps in the Office of the County Recorder of
said County of Riverside, located in Section 3, Township 6 South, Range 3 West, S.B.M.,
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northwesterly corner of said Lot "A";
Thence along the northerly line of said Lot "A" and said Parcel 1 South 89 0 21'05" East 47.00
feet to a line parallel and easterly 73.00 feet measured at right angles from the centerline of
Haun road (26.00 foot half width);
Thence along said parallel line South 00 0 46'26" West 56.92 feet;
Thence leaving said parallel line South 45 0 42'40" West 19.82 feet;
Thence North 89 0 21'05" West 15.00 feet to the easterly line of Lot A dedicated and not
accepted on said Parcel Map 7488, said point being on a line parallel and 44.00 feet easterly of
