Section 10, Township 5 South, Range 3 West, San Bernardino Meridian, said portions being
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the south corner of said Lot 301;
Thence North 54 °03'22" West along the southwesterly line of said Lot 301 and along the
® northeasterly right -of -way line of Romola Boulevard (60.00 feet in full width) of said Rornola, a
distance of 50.01 feet to the west corner of said Lot 301, said corner being on the easterly right -
