State of California, being portions of Parcels 14 and 15 of Parcel Map 9504 recorded in Book
67, Pages 5 and 6 of Parcel Maps in the Office of the County Recorder of said Riverside
County, also being portions of Parcel 1 of Lot Line Adjustment No. 5132 recorded July 17, 2007
as Instrument No. 2007 - 0464142 of said Official Records, Located in Section 3, Township 6
