That certain parcel of land situated in the Unincorporated Territory of the County of Riverside, State of
California, being a portion of Parcel 13 of Parcel Map No. 9504 as shown on the map recorded in Book
67, Pages 5 and 6, of Parcel Maps in the Office of the County Recorder of said County of Riverside,
Located in Section 3, Township 6 South, Range 3 West, S.B.M., described as follows:
COMMENCING at the centerline intersection of Newport Road and Haun Road, as shown on said Parcel
Map;
Thence along the centerline of Haun Road South 00 0 46'26" West 54.84 feet;
Thence leaving said centerline at right angles South 89 0 13'34" East 32.57 feet to the easterly line of Haun
