System by the undersigned on behalf of the Board of
Supervisors pursuant to the authority contained in County

That certain parcel of land situated in the Unincorporated Territory of the County of
Riverside, State of California, being a portion of Parcel 15 of Parcel Map No. 9504
recorded in Book 67, Pages 5 and 6 of Parcel Maps in the Office of the County
Recorder of said Riverside County, also being a portion of Parcel 3 of Lot Line
Adjustment No. 5132 recorded July 17, 2007 as Instrument No. 2007 - 0464142 of
Official Records of said Riverside County, located in Section 3, Township 6 South,
Range 3 West, S.B.M., being a strip of land, 10.50 feet in width, the westerly line of said
strip being described as follows:
COMMENCING at the most southwesterly corner of said Parcel 15, said point also
being the most southwesterly corner of said Parcel 3;
