That certain parcel of land situated in the Unincorporated Territory of the County of
Riverside, State of California, being a portion of Parcel 14 of Parcel Map No. 9504
recorded in Book 67, Pages 5 and 6 of Parcel Maps in the Office of the County
Recorder of said Riverside County, also being a portion of Parcel 1 of Lot Line
Adjustment No. 5132 recorded July 17, 2007 as Instrument No. 2007 - 0464142 of
Official Records of said Riverside County, located in Section 3, Township 6 South,
Range 3 West, S.B.M., being a strip of land, 17.50' in width, the westerly line of said
strip being described as follows:
COMMENCING at the northwesterly corner of Parcel 14 of said Parcel Map
No. 9504;
Thence along the easterly right of way line of Haun Road as described in the deed
recorded September 27, 1972 as Instrument No. 129135, South 00 0 46'26" West 236.93
feet to the general northerly line of Parcel 1 of said Lot Line Adjustment No. 5132;
Thence along the general northerly line of said Parcel 1 South 89 °24'36" East 45.00 feet
to a line parallel with and 71.00 feet easterly of the centerline of Haun Road, said point
being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
