from THE SPANOS CORPORTATION A CALIFORNIA
CORPORTION to the COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE, is hereby
accepted for the purpose of vesting title in the County of
Riverside on behaff of the public for public road, drainage and
utility uses, and subject to improvements in accordance with
County standards, will be included into the County Maintained
Road System by the undersigned on behalf of the Board of
Supervisors pursuant to the authority contained in County
Ordinance No. 669. Grantee consents to recordation thereof by
its duly authorized officer.

PUBLIC ROAD & UTILITY EASEMENT
Those portions of Parcels 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Parcel Map No. 12,258, as shown by map on
file in Book 80 of Parcel Maps at page 20 thereof, Records of Riverside County, California,
together with portions of Lots "A ", "B" & "C" (Aspel Road 30.00 feet in half width), Lots
"E" and "F" (Kerie Kay Lane 60.00 feet in full width) and Lot "G" (Iseral Lane 30.00 feet in
half width) of said Parcel Map No. 12,258, located in a portion of the southwest quarter of
Section 23, Township 5 South, Range 3 West, San Bernardino Meridian, said portions being
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southeast corner of Lot "H" (Antelope Road 30.00 feet in half
width) of said Parcel Map No. 12,258, said corner being on the southerly line of said Section
23, said corner also being the intersection of the southerly prolongation of the easterly right -
of -way line of said Antelope Road with the centerline of said Iseral Lane;
