West, San Bernardino Meridian, said portion being described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northeast corner of Parcel Map No. 12,258, as shown by
map on file in Book 80 of Parcel Maps at page 20 thereof, Records of Riverside County,
California, said comer being on a curve, concave to the north, having a radius of 1850.00
feet, the radial line from said point bears North 00° 46' 24" West, said corner also being
on the southerly right -of -way line of McCall Boulevard (50.00 feet in half width) of
Parcel Map No. 10290, as shown by Map on file in book 48 of Maps at page 28 thereof,
records of Riverside County, California;
Thence South 00° 07' 42" East along the easterly boundary line of said Parcel
Map No. 12,258, a distance of 631.09 feet to a point on a non - tangent curve, concave to
the northwest, having a radius of 46.00 feet, the radial line from said point bears North
00° 0742" West;
Thence easterly, northeasterly, northerly and northwesterly along said curve, to
