SUMMARILY VACATING SOPHIA CIRCLE
IN THE BERMUDA DUNES AREA
(AB 07040)
(Fourth Supervisorial District)
WHEREAS, the hereinafter - described Sophia Circle was dedicated for public
road and utility purposes on Tract Map No. 29991, recorded in Map Book 387, pages
100 and 101, on file in the Office of the Recorder of Riverside County, California;
WHEREAS, the hereinafter- described Sophia Circle is not necessary and is
excess Right of Way, and not required for public street or highway purposes, now,
therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session
assembled on .Tune 3 , 2008, as follows:
1. Pursuant to Section 8334(a) of the Streets and Highways Code that
the hereinafter - described Sophia Circle is excess Right of Way and is no
longer required for public street and highway purposes and is hereby summarily
vacated.

6 All that portion of Sophia Circle (60.00 feet wide) as Lot "A" , as shown on Tract
7 Map No. 29991 recorded in Map Book 387, pages 100 and 101, on file in the Office of
8 the Recorder of Riverside County, California;

10 EXCEPTING AND RESERVING from the vacation an easement for any existing
I t public utilities and public service facilities, together with the right to maintain, operate,
12 replace, remove, or renew such facilities, pursuant to section 8340 of the Streets and
13 Highways Code.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the Clerk
of the Board is directed to cause a Certified copy of this resolution to he recorded in
the office of the Recorder of the County of Riverside, California.
