PUBLIC ROAD AND UTILITY EASEMENT
LEGAL DESCRIPTION
That portion of Lot 81 of the Resubdivision of Glen Avon Heights located in Section 11,
Township 2 South, Range 6 West, San Bernardino Meridian, in the County of Riverside, State of
California, as per map filed in Book 10, Page 100 of Maps in the Office of the County Recorder
of said County more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the centerline intersection of Kenneth Street (60.00 feet wide) and Mission
Boulevard (60.00 feet wide) as shown on said map;
Thence along the centerline of Mission Boulevard, South 88 1 24'36" East, 119.34 feet to the
centerline of Bellegrave Avenue (60.00 feet wide);
