THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property
granted by the easement dated
from SR STRUCTURED LOT OPTIONS I LLC, A DELAWARE
LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY to the COUNTY OF
RIVERSIDE, is hereby accepted for the purpose of vesting
title in the County of Riverside on behalf of the public for
public road, drainage and utility uses, and subject to
improvements in accordance with County standards, will be
included into the County Maintained Road System by the
undersigned on behalf of the Board of Supervisors pursuant
to the authority contained in County Ordinance No. 669.
Grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized
officer.

PUBLIC ROAD AND UTILITY EASEMENT
HOLLAND ROAD
That certain parcel of land situated in the Unincorporated Territory of the County of
Riverside, State of California, being a portion of Parcel 12 of Parcel Map No. 9504 as
shown on the map recorded in Book 67, Pages 5 and 6 of Parcel Maps in the Office of
the County Recorder of said County of Riverside, Located in Section 3, Township 6
South, Range 3 West, S.B.M., described as follows:
A strip of land, 9.00 feet in width, the southerly line of said strip being described as
follows:
COMMENCING at the Southeast corner of said Parcel 12;
Thence along the southerly line of Parcel 12 North 89 "42'12" West 53.17 feet to the
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence continuing along said southerly line North 89 °42'12" West 1230.90 feet to the
westerly line of said Parcel 12;
The sidelines of said strip to be prolonged or shortened to terminate westerly to the
westerly line of said Parcel 12 and easterly to the westerly line described in the
easement deed recorded March 21, 2008 as Instrument No. 2008 - 0140064 of Official
