granted by the easement dated
from SR STRUCTURED LOT OPTIONS 1 LLC. A DELAWARE
LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY to the COUNTY OF
RIVERSIDE, is hereby accepted for the purpose of vesting
title in the County of Riverside on behalf of the public for
public road, drainage and utility uses, and subject to
improvements in accordance with County standards, will be
included into the County Maintained Road System by the
undersigned on behalf of the Board of Supervisors pursuant
to the authority contained in County Ordinance No. 669.
Grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized
officer.

That certain parcel of land situated in the Unincorporated Territory of the County
of Riverside, State of California, being portions of Parcels 8 and 9, inclusive, of
Parcel Map No. 9504 as shown on the map recorded in Book 67, Pages 5 and 6
of Parcel Maps in the Office of the County Recorder of said County of Riverside,
lying within the east half of Section 3, Township 6 South, Range 3 West, San
Bernardino Meridian:
A strip of land, 100.00 feet in width, the centerline of said strip described as
follows:
COMMENCING at the southeasterly corner of said Parcel 8, said point being on
the westerly right of way line of Haun Road described in the deed recorded
September 27, 1972 as Instrument No. 129135 of Official records of Riverside
County;
thence along the southerly line of said Parcel 8 North 89 °21'05" West 57.00 feet
to a line parallel with and westerly 57.00 feet from the westerly line of Haun
Road, said point being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence continuing along said southerly line North 89 °21'05" West 1242.05 feet to
the southwesterly corner of said Parcel 8
The sidelines of said strip to be prolonged or shortened to terminate westerly to
