No. 2003 - 359003 of Official Records, in the County of Riverside, State of California, lying within the
west one -half of the southeast one - quarter of Section 14, Township 6 South, Range 3 West, San
Bernardino Meridian, described as follows:
COMMENCING at the southeast corner of said west one -half of the southeast one- quarter of
Section 14, said point being the intersection of the centerline of Scott Road (30.00 feet half- width) as
shown on Parcel Map No. 6449, recorded in Book 19 of Parcel Maps, Page 24, records of said
County, with the southerly prolongation of the west line of said Parcel Map No. 6449;
Thence along said west line, North 0° 13' 21" East, 30.00 feet to a point on a line parallel with and
