granted by the easement dated

LLC, AND SHELLINA INVESTMENTS PA 19 LLC, to the
COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE, is hereby accepted for the purpose
of vesting title in the County of Riverside on behalf of the public
for public road, drainage and utility uses, and subject to
improvements in accordance with County standards, will be
included into the County Maintained Road System by the
undersigned on behalf of the Board of Supervisors pursuant to
the authority contained in County Ordinance No. 669. Grantee
consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.

Bernardino Meridian, as shown by the Sectionalized Survey of the Jurupa Rancho on file in
Book 9 of Maps at page 33 thereof, Records of San Bernardino County, California, lying within
a portion of Parcel 3 of Lot Line Adjustment No 4833, recorded June 16, 2005 as Document No-
2005-0478620, and Grant Deed recorded June 16, 2005 as Document No. 2005 - 0478621, both
