That portion of the southeast quarter of Fractional Section 18, Township 2 South, Range
6 West, San Bernardino Meridian, together with a portion of the east half of Section 19,
Township 2 South, Range 6 West, San Bernardino Meridian, both shown by the Sectionalized
Survey of the Jurupa Rancho on file in Book 9 of Maps at page 33 thereof, Records of San
Bernardino County, California, being a portion of Parcel 2 of Lot Line Adjustment No 4833
recorded June 16, 2005 as Document No. 2005 - 0478620, and Grant Deed recorded June 16,
2005 as Document No. 2005- 0478621, both Official Records of Riverside County, California,
said portions being described as follows:
COMMENCING at the intersection of the centerline of Wineville Avenue (50.00 feet in
half width) with the centerline of Bellegrave Avenue (55.00 feet in half width) of Tract No.
