granted by the easement dated
from ANTHONY P. VERNOLA AS TRUSTEE OF THE
ANTHONY P. VERNOLA TRUST DATED OCTOBER 18, 2000
AND ANTHONY P. VERNOLA, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF
THE PAT AND MARY ANN VERNOLA TRUST - MARITAL
TRUST, to the COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE, is hereby accepted
for the purpose of vesting title in the County of Riverside on
behalf of the public for public road, drainage and utility uses,
and subject to improvements in accordance with County
standards, will be included into the County Maintained Road
System by the undersigned on behalf of the Board of
Supervisors pursuant to the authority contained in County
Ordinance No. 669. Grantee consents to recordation thereof

That portion of the east half of Section 19, Township 2 South, Range 6 West, San Bernardino
Meridian, as shown by the Sectionalized Survey of the Jurupa Rancho on file in Book 9 of Maps at page
33 thereof, Records of San Bernardino County, California, being a portion of Parcel 4 of Lot Line
Adjustment No 4833 recorded June 16, 2005 as Document No. 2005 - 0478620, and Grant Deed recorded
June 16, 2005 as Document No. 2005 - 0478621, both Official Records of Riverside County, California,
said portion being described as follows:
COMMENCING at the southeast corner of said Section 19, said corner being on the centerline
of Wineville Avenue of Tract No. 19928 -4, as shown by map on file in Book 162 of Maps at pages 15
through 17 inclusive thereof, Records of Riverside County, California;
Thence North 00 °08'04" West along said centerline, a distance of 40.05 feet to a point of
